How often is Yomoyama Magazine published? What happens if an issue is delayed?

We publish a new issue quarterly coinciding with the changing seasons of Nagano. In the unlikely event that an issue is delayed, subscribers will be notified by email with the updated schedule for when the issue will be released.
- Winter Issue: January 15th
- Spring Issue: April 15th
- Summer Issue: July 15th
- Fall Issue: Oct 15th
For our Yomoyama Plus subscribers, if an issue is cancelled your subscription will be extended an additional season, and the publishable parts of the cancelled issue will still be made available.
Can I purchase past issues of the magazine?

Yomoyama magazine has a long history stretching well over a decade. Though the free subscription enables you to view the digital copies of the legacy magazines, we currently do not have any print copies in stock.
Moving forward from the 2024 Spring Issue, we are maintaining a stock of A5 sized print copies of each issue which is shipped to Yomoyama Plus subscribers and available for individual purchase. These A5 prints are great size to pack in your travel bag while you head off on your adventures and serve as a personal guide to your time in Nagano. Purchasing an individual copy also unlocks all of the digital Yomoyama Plus features for that issue.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Say it's not so! Of course you can cancel anytime and a refund will be given for any unsent issues (¥400 per unsent issue).
Once a print issue has been shipped there is no refund for that issue.
What happens if my print copy is not delivered?

If you're a Yomoyama Plus subscriber, or ordered an individual issue and your print copy of has not been delivered within 7 business days of the shipping date, please contact us to let us know with the contact form above or email us at subscription@yomoyamamagazine.com, and we'll try to verify where it is. If it is lost in transit we will ship another copy.
